Running TISEAN from MATLAB

I have imported my data into the workspace and it exists under the name hb1234
tiseanPath = 'C:\Tisean\Tisean_3.0.0\bin\'
tiseanPath =
C:\cygwin\Tisean\Tisean_3.0.0\bin\
>> system([tiseanPath,'xcor hb1234']);
The above does not produce any results. Can someone point out what is wrong.
