how to get it to run a fraser programme?

I've found a website http://www.physics.emory.edu/faculty/weeks//software/minfo.html which has some code for analysing a dataset that would be really useful for me but I don't know how to get it to run.

There appears to be instructions on the page (given the link you provided) on how to compile and run the code.

And not only that, but it specifically says "If you have questions, please send me email; email address below." Well, you can't get much more helpful than that . It clearly seems that there are other, more fruitful approaches you can take than to ask us first.
