How read .ecg files in MATLAB

I have downlaoded chb2db and nsr2db database avaliable on http://www.physionet.org/physiobank/database/#rr But I can't open these .ecg file in MATLAB or Octave. I tried wfdb2mat.c or rdsign212.m and rdsign212.dll or Phsionet ATM
Could help me please
