Is there any way to get the variable output from SIMULINK model to MATLAB workspace?

I am facing this problem, while doing some work on my project. I want to know is there any way. Actually I made a Simulink Model and put a scope in it. I need the output of this scope to use it in my m.file coding.
Can anyone tell me if this output is obtained in MATRIX form?
