Change relay switch points during simulation

I would like to change the switch points in the relay block in Simulink during a simulation. For example I would like to be them +2 and -2 during 10 seconds and change to +5 and -5 during the rest of the time. I really would appreciate if you could tell me how I could solve this problem from Simulink. Thank you very much
