How can I reshape 200 -- 3D histograms into 200 row vectors?

I am working on HSV features for 200 images, I have obtained 200 hsv histograms, now all I want is to apply Principal Component Analysis (PCA) on these feature set, for this purpose I have a command- " princomp ", and for applying princomp i need row vectors instead of 3D histograms.
