combining .FIS file with GUIDE.

I am working on Credit risk rating management. I hav created the .Fis file for it. Also I have made the end user appearance in GUIDE. But how can I link that .FIS file fuzzy logic in that guide .m file. Please, if someone can provide the code and explain. I can use the deploytool later on compile it into an .exe standalone executable.
