How can i chose the number of hidden layers in 3-layers ANN ?

Please help me , i have a problem in chosing number of hidden nodes in my 3-layers ANN. In my system, input nodes are 6 and output nodes are 5. So i have a difficulty in appropriate hidden nodes. How to chose this.
