Help about Fuzzy Logic Toolbox and LCC Complier

Hello
I prepared project for my application and use fuzzy logic toolbox . I have 5 inputs--5 outputs. Of course ı add rule on ruleset view. But ı want to add automatically rule on ruleset. How can do it ?
And I do not want use Matlab Complier so ı use lcc complier .
Can we get the same performance from both of them?
Please Help me . Thanks.
