What can I do, if MATLAB does not find the memory card reader?

Hi all,

I am trying to install a support package for zynq, but when I have to select a drive matlab can not find the memory card.

What can I do in this situation? Has anyone had the same problem?

Any help on this would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Yes, I have access to the memory card in the computer but then in MATLAB does not appear.
