how to construct the matrix of 10x1000

meshgrid(1:10) is giving 10x10 matrix and values are between 1 to 10. I want 10 rows and 1000 columns, values are between 1 to 10 same as meshgrid(1:10); please , is there any camand help me

out=meshgrid(repmat(1:10,1,100),1:10)
