how to add two videos which of different size? or in other way, how to vary a video size.. for images,we use imresize command

You can use imresize on a frame by frame basis to make one frame size match the other. Then you need to cast both frames to double before adding and dividing by 2 (dividing by 2 only if you want the average instead of the sum ). Finally, cast back to uint8 after the averaging.
