Loan risk analyser (Decision Making)

I hav to make a loan risk analyser based on fuzzy logic toolbox. I have studied the fuzzy logic system n created the simulink output.

But my aim is to create that into an end user application ie probably an .exe file

How can MAtlab help me ?? I would be really thankful to you.
