I am doing a project on time comparison of various feature extraction of CBIR..

As comparing time,I am using tic-toc.

But every time different result(time).

Sometimes it goes on increasing. Sometimes decreasing.

Other than tic-toc I used cpu time and e time also..

But also I am getting different time.

Why is it so..??
