Does any body have any example of how to acquire video through a CameraLink Dalsa X64-CL board?

I have not attempted to acquire video directly in Matlab before, but it sounds like Matlab (and the image acquisition toolbox) make it very simple to do, I just would like to see a working example. Thanks.
