When starting Matlab R2013b it gives Illegal System DLL Relocation message, how to fix it?

I attached the screenshot of error, my OS is Windows XP SP3, Bitdefender Antivirus.

From a web search, this seems like a Windows issue due to a Microsoft Security Update. See http://www.withsteps.com/240/illegal-system-dll-relocation-error-the-system-dll-user32-dll-was-relocated-in-memory.html

Thank you, but it doesn't work yet. I updated Microsoft Security Updates as much as possible, but no result. Where Matlab searches for this user32.dll file? May be I just can copy and paste this file to needed folder?
