How to put the info of txt file into an array?

Hi,

I have a txt file, when you open it you can see this:

0.0e+00,-2
1e-05,4.4
2e-05,4.48
3e-05,5.36
4e-05,5.32
5e-05,5.2
6e-05,5.16

and so on....

I want to put the first numbers (before comma) into an array. And the second numbers (after comma) into another array. How can I do this?
