what Hidden Layers in Neural Network means, how to calculate the number of nodes in hidden layer?

can you guide me to a simple website that can teach me on how to make an NN architecture..

In my case :- I want to make a stock market prediction I have 4 input :(high,low,close,volume) and one output that is (close stock price) when i see the architecture it occurs like this (input ------> Hidden----->Output)

I don't have any idea how many hidden layer nodes ? what it's function? and how many nodes it have?
