Filtering, window porblem of ECG data

Hi,

I have been given a set of data to manipulate, I have completed the majority of the filtering although there seems like their is some noise distorting the start of my data as seen in the picture.

I have already used a butterworth and notch filter to get to this stage. I have also tried a moving average filter although this failed.
