How to dock “Increment Value and Run Selection”

In Matlab 2013 it seems the “Increment Value and Run Selection” feature is not docked anymore. How can I get it to dock so that when I move the matlab window around it comes with ... so far it keeps getting stuck on my other monitor :( Thanks!
