Different start and stop time within a system in Simulink

Is it possible to make some sort of subsystem that has different start and stop time of the simulation? I would like to built a simulation with Start time 0 and Stop time at 200, and inside this main model, I want to make a subsystem that would have a Start time at 20 and Stop time at 50.

Is there any way i can achieve it? Cheers
