Model advisor and variant subsystems

Hi,

I am using model advisor to check unconnected lines and ports in a model. I have some subsystems that have variant subsystems in the model.Inside the active variant model,I have a unconnected line.

But after running the check in model advisor,the report doesn’t show the unconnected line that was inside active variant subsystem.

I am using R2011b.Could you please let me know why?

As per my understanding, the model has Variant subsystem and the active choice of the Variant subsystem has some unconnected lines. When the model advisor check- ‘Identify unconnected lines, input ports, and output ports’ (check ID: mathworks.design.UnconnectedLinesPorts) is run, the check should have reported the issue. But the model advisor check did not report it.

I tried to reproduce the issue till R2014a and could see model advisor reporting the warning.

Given this, it seems like this stand fixed as of R2014a.
