(Removed) Create new Specialized Power Systems model populated by required and commonly used blocks

power_new has been removed. Use the Simscape™ Electrical™ blocks and functions instead. For more information on updating your models, see Upgrade Specialized Power System Models to use Simscape Electrical Blocks.

Description

power_new creates a new Simscape Electrical Specialized Power Systems model, with the Powergui block already on the model canvas and the Simulink^® solver set to VariableStepAuto.

The function also opens the power_new_palette library that contains commonly used Simscape Electrical, Simulink, and Simscape blocks.
