Add a New Hardware Board to SoC Blockset

This guide shows how to add a new hardware board to SoC Blockset™ for AMD using soc.sdk.BoardSupport objects. The procedure has four main steps to create a packaged MLTBX file that can be used to install the board support and its included hardware boards.
