Determine if DuckDB native interface database connection is open

i = isopen(conn)
i = isopen(conn) returns 1 if the DuckDB native interface database connection is open and 0 if it is closed or invalid.

Create a transient, in-memory DuckDB™ database connection.

Verify that the database connection is open by using the isopen function. A value of 1 indicates that the connection is open.

Close the connection.
