As an intern at MathWorks, you will:
- Develop ISAC simulation models: Contribute to the creation of ISAC simulation models for 6G and next-generation Wi-Fi.
- Receive hands-on training: Gain valuable experience with MathWorks products, enhancing your technical skills.
- Collaborate with software experts: Work alongside seasoned developers to learn about how professional software tools are created.
Responsibilities
You will work with the wireless standards modelling development team. Your responsibilities will be:
- Research 6G and Wi-Fi ISAC systems
- Generate prototype ISAC simulation models and study their performance
- Present your findings and models to development teams and customer facing engineers
- Participate in reviews of new features for existing mobile communication products.
- Provide feedback to developers, quality and documentation engineers on their features
- Support the maintenance effort for existing products
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must be pursuing a master's level or a PhD level degree in a technical discipline.
- Programming experience with MATLAB
Additional Qualifications
- Experience in Signal processing and Communication systems
- Programming expertise
- Knowledge of 5G, 6G, LTE and/or Wi-Fi systems is a plus
- Knowledge of communications system level simulations is a plus
