MATLAB® is the most common choice for programming in the domains of signal processing and information theory. Several feature extraction strategies were evaluated to determine the most effective way to discriminate pathogen detection. MATLAB and MATLAB Coder™ were chosen, as they are useful in translating a model into low-level code that can be deployed on an embedded processor. You will see how, after a few model modifications, the entire model is converted to C without the need to code manually. The generated code is then integrated with the existing user interface code and verified for clinical trial.
