Concurrent Execution Using a Multicore Speedgoat Target Computer for Simulink Real-Time

Concurrent execution allows you to execute high-fidelity plant models in real time by utilizing the multiple cores of the Speedgoat target computer. Using concurrent execution with Simulink Real-Time™, you can partition the model based on relevant characteristics so as to balance out the computational load across the multiple cores. This is beneficial for hardware-in-the-loop simulation because you can test the controller against a higher fidelity plant model, which is a closer representation of the real physical system.
