This is an open-source Matlab function that allows rigid registration of 3D multi-modal images based on simultaneous segmentation, as introduced by Aganj and Fischl (IEEE SPL 2017). It is a modification of spm_coreg, and requires the publicly-available SPM12 toolbox.
