FE-analysis of water & heat flow through a cut-out of a concrete pipe. Hot hater flows from inside of the pipe towards outside, this procedure will cause heat flow from the inner side of the pipe towards the outer side. This problem has been studied as a two-dimensional problem due to the geometry of the pipe.
