GUI based software for quality assurance of computed tomography (CT) scanners. Perform QA analyses on Catphan or water phantom images.

Computed Tomography Quality Inspector (CTQI) is a program that measures several parameters of CT scanner performance by the semi-automated analysis of Catphan 500 or water phantom images. CTQI has applications in CT scanner quality assurance, scan protocol optimisation, and imaging research.
Requirements: Requires the MATLAB Image Processing Toolbox.
Instructions: Extract the .zip contents and set the present working folder (path) to the folder containing CTQI.m. Run the CTQI.m function to launch.
