Huffman Encoding
The use of Huffman coding functions is simplyfied such that the user needs only to enter the signal to be encoded, and
all other details, like the list of symbols and their probabilities,
are determuned by the program. Moreover, the entropy of the
signal and the coding efficiency are calculated.
The MATLAB built-in functions 'huffmandict' and 'huffmanenco'
together with the function 'my_RLE', which is also built by the
auther and available in the MATLAB central, are used inside this function.
The encoded signal can be decoded by using the MATLAB buikt-in function 'huffmandeco'.
Thanks to Mr. Huffman from the auther of theis m-file.
