The files provided allow for the segmentation and modelling of the fish Polypterus Senegalus (the walking fish). There exists a comprehensive 'Read Me' txt file attached within the 'Solo_Scripts' folder. This code is compatible with MATLAB 2024 versions and later, and may require the user to download a few toolboxes.
