Divide polynomial p1 by p2 given as vectors. Return result q and r vectors which corresponds the quotient and remainder of division respectively.
Example
p1=[3 2 5 1 0 2 ]
p2=[1 2 0 5 0 3]
Then q=[3] r=[0 -4 5 -14 0 -7]
