A row vector is not a matrix...
Not very clear problem, flip vertically? horizontally? elementwise?
The problem is really to just reverse a row vector. A row vector happens to be a matrix, but so does a column vector, and two or more dimensional matrices. Saying, "reverse a matrix" is ambiguous.
Implement simple rotation cypher
Generate N equally spaced intervals between -L and L
frame of the matrix
Check that number is whole number
Flip the vector from right to left
Concatenate two strings
Find the area of the four walls
Find the square of the sum of the digits of a number
Convert a number to its Roman representation
Create the following sequence : 0 1 1 4 9 25 64 169 ...
