Why I do not have Parallel Options in my Simulink 2019b?

While using "Parameter estimation" APP in Simulink 2019b, when I click on "More options", I cannot see "Parallel Options". How can I add it?

Could you confirm that you have Parallel Computing Toolbox installed and licensed?
