combining I & Q from seperate .mat files into 1 .bb file ?

Hello

I did a capture from an SDR using 3party software, when i upload the .mat file i end up with 2 separate mat files, one for I and another for Q channels, i would like to combine all into FileWriter as a bb file to viualize it into spectumscope
