I want to start a GUI window whenever i run a Simulink Model and make changes in model based on GUI?

Im trying ti build a Simulink model whose parameters i want to manipulate in real time using GUI. I know this is commonly done in MATLAB examples but cant find how to do it myself please help thanx in advance
