Why do I get a message "Uploading Progress: 0% . In Queue." when trying to upload results to Polyspace Access R2021a?

I want to upload Polyspace Bug Finder Server results to Polyspace Access and get the below message (a couple of times):
Uploading Progress: 0% . In Queue. Upload will begin once other upload(s) complete...
In polyspace-access-etl-main, one can see:
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: INFO: os::commit_memory(0x0000000796e00000, 239075328, 0) failed; error='Cannot allocate memory' (errno=12)

# There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue.
# Native memory allocation (mmap) failed to map 239075328 bytes for committing reserved memory.

This indicates that JRE is out of RAM or swap space.
Please check if you have >= 32GB RAM, as mentioned in the system requirements:
