Can I detect if there are red pixels in a picture? (picture included)

In a picture with a white background, I want to detect if there is any red light (from a traffic light) in the picture.
Consider nothing else in the picture is red.

I'd try the Color Thresholder App on the Apps tab of the tool ribbon.
