Cannot see Stateflow Onramp on Simulink start page

I have R2018b and I am not able to see the Stateflow Onramp on the Simulink start page. How do I access it?

Stateflow Onramp is available for R2019b or later. To access it, you can do either of the following:

• Download R2019b or later
• Use MATLAB Online: https://www.mathworks.com/products/matlab-online.html
