hi all,
As you can see in an image that, even i have applied 4 layer to the network but still i am only able to see 2 layers in property and so i can not change neurons in different layers. please help me why is that happening.

My recollection is that the first layer is the input layer and cannot have its properties adjusted, and the last layer is the output layer and cannot have its properties adjusted. So for a given number of layers, N, (N-2) layers could be adjusted.

Even if I select 6 layers, properties will show two layers only. How can I change properties?

Click on View and then dismiss what pops up. Afterwards you will be able to edit all layers.

I could post a series of screen snapshots showing step by step, but I do not feel that would add anything to the explanation I already gave.
In the example screen you gave, first (Select an Input), then (Select a Target), then edit the number of layers, then click on View. The custom network screen will pop up. Close that screen. Now the Properties For dropbox will have one entry for each layer you said existed.
Try it with some junk variables to see if you can get it to work for you.
