How do I plot a scatter plot where the x is the position of the element in a vector and the y is the value of the element in the vector?

Hello!
I am trying to plot a scatter plot, with a single vector. For example, if I have a vector A which is [1; 6; 2], there would be three points, (1,1), (2,6), (3,2) with the x being the position of the element, and th y being the value of the element.
If this is not clear, please tell me.
