How to get information from website

I would like to input a datetime and longitude and latitude to this website:
https://eco.mtk.nao.ac.jp/cgi-bin/koyomi/cande/horizontal_rhip_en.cgi
I would then like to retrieve the altitude that is outputted. Is this possible and if so how?
