ThingSpeak account not accepting messages after anniversary date

2 views (last 30 days)
I ran out of messages on my free account on 23 Nov 2019, so my channels have stopped accepting messages (as expected).
The problem I am experiencing is that the anniversary date (04 Dec 2019) has now passed but I still don't seem to be able to send messages to channels.
The account page (shown below) indicates that there are 3000000 messages remaining, but also shows a 'you have run out of messages' notification. This seems contradictory to me.
Others seems to have had a similar problem in the past:

https://community.thingspeak.com/forum/thingspeak-api/you-have-run-out-of-messages/
As suggested in the above forum threads:
  • I have tried logging out/in to my thingspeak dashboard multiple times and the 'you have run out of messages' notification remains.
  • I have tried sending messages using the browser (vs the arduino device that is typically sending data) without success.
Would someone at ThinkSpeak be able to clear the cache for me to resolve this issue? Thanks!
Alan
