How to get inverter and filter parameter?

I have designed a grid connected inverter control with P, Q, V and I controller and LCL filter, my grid is 400v. I need the following parameters, Vdc, WL, Ki, Kp, filter L and C value, fsw, fc, grid L and R, PWM all parameters, PLL paramteres, how to calculate all these, plz help me... If any one has standard value plz send me...!
