MATLAB freezes when opening 'Image Acquisition Toolbox' when QImaging support package is installed.

Clean install of MATLAB 2019a. Windows 7 Enterprise. Dual Xeon E5-2620 v3 computer with 64GB ram.

I am normally able to open the Image Acquisition toolbox. However, when I install the "Image Acquisition Toolbox Support Package for QImaging Hardware", the toolbox window freezes and MATLAB freezes.

I need to figure out a way to record video from a Retiga 4000R. If you have any other ideas, let me know.

The issue also occurs for MATLAB 2018a. I've updated by graphics drivers, java, and the computer works great otherwise.
