predict function fail 'No valid system or dataset was specified'

my network has a 3,3,3 image input and I use following vector to predict the response:

A(:,:,1) =

1 2 3

3 23 23

1 5 7

A(:,:,2) =

2 4 6

6 46 46

2 10 14

A(:,:,3) =

3 6 9

9 69 69

3 15 21

however,it did not work, so how can I create a input to predict the response of my neural network
