How to call variables(it is a look up table output from simulink) from workspace to matlab program file? Please help

Thank You So Much Sir I Have Used Simout In Simulink And Got The Look Up Table In The Workspace. Now I Want To Call This Look Up Table As Input To My Matlab Program For PSO . Please Help
