Webmap doesn't show exactly the same in google earth, any suggestions ?

The map was read into matlab 2018b as an KML. On google earth, the line and the marker are aligned very well as shown below.

After I display it using webmap. It was shown as the following, where you can see the markers are no longer aligned very well with the line.
Is this a viewing angle issue? I couldn't find anything in webmap help to adjust this. Any suggestions? Thanks!
